Centre for White Space Communication Receive Chariman’s Award from BAE Systems

At an event held in Glasgow on the 27th of October, the Centre for White Space Communication received a Chairman’s Award from BAE Systems for its part in the MarTacNet project.

This innovative maritime project uses TVWS to provide high-bandwidth, long-range communication and was developed in collaboration with BAE Systems, Cloudnet IT Solutions, 6Harmonics Inc, and Fairspectrum Oy.

The award was presented to Centre for White Space Manager Dr. David Crawford and Cloudnet Solutions Managing Director Greg Whitton.
