IIT Bombay Connects 13 Villages using TVWS

Students from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay have created a mesh-network that connects 13 rural locations using TVWS. The UHF nodes used to provide connectivity operate in the 470-590 MHz range and achieve an average speed of 5-8 Mbps. For more information, please read their paper or the accompanying article.
